OK, my car runs for a few seconds after I shut it off (5 to ~20 seconds or so?). What can cause this? I don't think fuel injected cars can actually "diesel," but I suppose a leaky injector is possible? I wouldn't think that would be enough to keep the car idling though... I figure it's electrical, but I can't find anything and the search is still down. Once the key is removed, it idles around 500 ish. Like its fighting to stay alive, until I painfully stall the car on purpose. Starts up fine. I recently had an electrical charge problem that turned out to be the battery fusible link and alternator. I put in NGK plugs, one step cooler than stock, changed the oil, fuel filter, and battery. There is an aftermarket alarm system, but I already tried disconnecting it. Any clue?
